Who is Butcher's Nook Kiama?

Previously Rosebank Meats, Butcher's Nook Kiama is still carrying on the high standard of business, serving quality meat to our wonderful customers. 

In addition, we sell Kareelah Eggs, plus a small range of fresh veggies, pies, quiches, sauces, spices and milk.

Butcher's Nook Kiama proudly supports and supply our local restaurants, cafes, schools and sports teams.  

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order for Click and Collect Orders. 

There is a minimum order of $50 for local deliveries.  Delivery will not be not be offered as an option at checkout if the order is less than $50, or your address falls outside of our delivery areas of the Kiama to Nowra postcodes.

How do I pay for a home delivery order?

When you place an order online for home delivery you will be asked to submit your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).  

When are orders delivered?

Orders are delivered logistically, and are dependent on area from KIAMA to NOWRA.

 

Orders must be placed before midnight to receive next day delivery. You are also able to nominate a specific future delivery date.  

Customers must specify their preferred delivery day and time on the checkout page.  If unspecified, delivery will take place during the next available window.  If you are not home to accept delivery your order will be taken back to the shop to avoid spoilage.  It will then be made available to pick up instore.

How will I be notified about my home delivery order?

You will receive a confirmation notification via email or SMS once your order is placed.  We will also send a notification when the order leaves our shop, and then again once delivery has been completed to your address.  

How will my goods be packaged for delivery?

At Butcher's Nook Kiama, we are committed to providing a service that has minimal impact on the environment. 

Your order is boxed with re-useable Gel IcePaks.  Refrigeration of your order is recommended within 30 minutes of delivery.

Your order is transported to your home or workplace in our climate controlled van, which is approved by NSW Food Authority.  We do prefer that someone is present to collect the delivery and refrigerate it as soon as is practicable.  If this is not possible, we ask that you leave an esky outside to receive your delivery. Please include details in the special instructions field of your order should this be the case.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order is able to be cancelled prior to leaving the store for delivery. Please contact the store on (02) 4232 1952 before 9am on the day of delivery to cancel your order.  Your refund will be processed via the method used to pay at the time of ordering.

How can I ensure that I will be happy with the delivery of my order?

At Butcher's Nook Kiama, customer service and satisfaction are our ultimate priority.  If you are unhappy with any part of our product or service, please contact us immediately to discuss refund or replacement.
