Prepared fresh in store, these tender mignons contain premium eye fillet wrapped in silverbeet and bacon, topped with our garlic butter knobs.
Sear on a hot pan on both sides before finishing them in a 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes for medium rare. Melt the garlic butter knob on top during the final minute.
Perfect with fresh steamed vegetables or salad.
